主要工作职责RESPONSIBILITY:

负责创造一个安全的环境使酒店内部和外部客人留下深刻的印象，负责酒店日常的损失防范和消防安全工作，定期组织损失防范和消防安全培训以提高安全意识。

Responsible for creating a safety & security environment to blow away our internal and external guests, and in charge of hotel loss prevention daily work and fire prevention. Regularly conduct loss prevention and fire prevention training to develop safety & security awareness

为预防安全隐患和紧急情况做准备，按时参加义务消防队的演习培训。

In order to prevent hidden danger and make preparation for urgency situation, attend the fire drill training to volunteer fire brigade on schedule.

定期对外保保安员进行工作表现评估，及时将部门的思想动态上报保安部经理。参加保安部每周工作例会。

Evaluate outsource security guards job performance on a regular basis, report colleague’s ideology condition to the security manager in time. Attend departmental weekly working meeting.

能力要求SPECIFICATION:

3年酒店行业经验，丰富防损相关知识。

3 years’ resort working experience including knowledge of loss prevention

消防知识与技能及管理.

knowledge, skills and management of fire control

治安法规及各类案件防范.

Rules and regulations of public security and the prevention of all kinds of cases.

企业安全知识及安全预防措施.

knowledge of industrial safety and measures of safety prevention

熟练操作电脑，使用办公软件

Proficiently using computer and office software

较强的执行力、跟进能力
