主要职责RESPONSIBILITIES:

通过对小芽乐园部门团队日常的领导和方向的规划，带领团队执行品牌标准，建立度假村及度假村品牌在当地社区良好的声誉，创造和坚持独特的客人体验

Providing day-to-day leadership and direction in primarily Kids Club to create and maintain a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of resort and brand in the local community

制定部门工作计划和部门年度预算

Establish department working plan and annual budget

确保所有小芽乐园部门员工清楚地了解部门的目标

Ensure all staff aware of the goals and objectives of the Kids Club department to achieve确保提供充足的物资资源给到部门员工以保证部门日常的运作顺畅

Ensure that adequate resources are available for smooth operations

负责部门活动的季度和年度策划与更新

Take the charge of quarterly and yearly activities planning and updating

通过对部门活动和设施的管理以达到部门利润最大化，并同时保证提供给到客人产品和服务的品质

Manage the functioning of all activities and facilities to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved whilst maintaining quality

持续监督和控制部门成本以保证部门成本与部门预算一致

Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget

提前计划并按照公司政策进行员工招聘

Planning for future staffing needs and recruiting in line with company guidelines

不断完善部门以客人为导向的标准与程序，并监督与执行

Superior in maintaining a comprehensive, and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation

制定部门培训计划，并保证培训计划的按时执行

Ensures training needs of Activity staff is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs

以身作则，确保度假村及部门标准与程序的安全执行，并保证部门员工按照同样的标准安全操作

Demonstrate Awareness of naked policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within naked guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same

能力要求SPECIFICATIONS:

活动策划

Activities planning

良好的英语听说读写能力

Good English at listening, speaking, reading and writing

三年及以上度假村活动中心或其它相同职位工作经验

3 years and above working experience at resort activity center or other similar positions

至少两年管理岗位经验

At least 2 years working experience at managerial position

大专及以上学历

College and above

广泛儿童俱乐部或者幼师经验

Extensive knowledge of Kids Club or kindergartens teacher
