主要工作职责RESPONSIBILITY:
1.确保房间在客人返回前打扫完毕或根据客人的爱好打扫房间。
Ensure that rooms are cleaned before the guest return or as per history.
2.时刻提供礼貌和专业的服务。
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
3.完成职责范围内委派的其它工作任务。
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
4.按照程序和标准清洁客房和补充客用品。
Cleans and supplies guest rooms according to standards and procedures.
5.知晓并严格遵守客房清洁与物品摆放的程序。
Know and strictly follow established procedures for the cleaning and set-up of guest rooms
6.每间房打扫完后及时填写工作报表，并及时通知领班或主管
Fills out work sheet as each room done. Timely report to HSKP Team Leader / HSKP Supervisor.
7.完成主管安排的特殊清洁任务。
Does especial cleaning project assigned by the superior.

能力要求SPECIFICATION:
1.初中及以上学历
Junior High School degree or above
2.流畅的中文和良好的沟通技能
Fluent in dictation Chinese Good communication skill;
3.适应灵活的工作时间
Willing to work extended hours when required
