·维护酒店安全秩序，尽职尽责完成岗位工作，保证酒店安全。

·为客人提供帮助和服务。

·定期对酒店进行安全巡视，及时发现隐患，及时上报并采取措施。

·爱护通讯器材，熟练使用各种消防设施和器材。

·详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。

·当保安员在员工通道值班时应做到以下几点：

认真填写来访客人登记表和填写外来人员登记卡，使用文明礼貌用语，接待好每一位来访客人，同时，若发现可疑的人和事需要及时报告。

在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵寻酒店财物管理的原则，在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。

·当保安员在执行巡逻任务时，要做到以下几点：

按照规定的路线巡逻，以相对不固定的出发时间对巡视区域内的人员、物品摆放、酒店设备、消防及安全情况进行控制和检查，及时发现、报告并消除不安全因素。

检查机房、配电房、厨房、气管/水管、仓库等重点部位，检查消防通道、公共部位逃生指示标志及消防设备。

检查后场办公室。办公室人员下班后，必须查清办公室的门是否锁上，如没有锁上则将门锁上，如办公室内有异常情况，即报主管处理。

检查更衣室和员工休息室，禁止在内喧哗、赌博、吸烟、存放易燃、易爆物品及释放强烈异味的物品。

·灵活、果断地处理当班期间发生的问题，遇到处理不了的问题，立即报告当班主管。

·负责检查动火部位、施工现场消防安全、处理报警和烟感器故障。

·熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。

·完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
