Main responsibilities 主要职责
1.Prepares,serves and stores larder items whilst directing junior members of thekitchen brigade.

2.respecting the food health and safety standards and procedures

3.participating in the effective management of raw materials

4.Depending on the hotel, may be asked to receive deliveries, check and store merchandise
