根据会议总监的约定，负责实现的酒店的餐饮和宴会销售目标和收入目标的方向.与当地的客户群发展强大的关系，并建立业务关系.根据标准和时间完成所有的日常任务以确保餐饮和宴会销售部管理的顺利运作.与销售团队紧密合作，以确保文件的有效执行顺畅.配合有关部门提供最高标准的服务，以满足客户的期望。

负责实现的酒店的餐饮和宴会销售目标和收入目标的方向.与当地的客户群发展强大的关系. 安排客户参观酒店各活动场所. 制定宴会服务活动的初始计划书, 合同,并跟进相关工作. 跟进活动组织者反馈, 完成活动报告。

Under the direction of Director of Catering, responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goals of the hotel. Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base. Manages and administers the Catering and Banquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time. Works closely with the sales team to ensure effective handover of files and execution is smooth. Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.

Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goals of the hotel. Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base. Arrange customer come to hotel for visit. Make event proposal or contract and follow up related work. Follow up organizer’s feedback and finished event report.
