Ensure that pre-set targets/budgets for areas and territories allocated are achieved.
Promotes and produces leads for all Lanson Place properties.
Ensure that the sales territories/areas allocated are thoroughly covered and updated. To be conducted regularly to maximize productivity.
Recommend to the DIRECTOR OF SALES and co-ordinates all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling. Especially for the corp. direct booking and market expend.
Ensures that all external Relations are conducted in professional manner to enhance the image of Lanson Place.
To update information on competitors regarding rates, facilities, promotional activities, staff movements regularly and report this information via weekly meeting/report. This weekly meeting/report to the DIRECTOR OF SALES should include information on the general business scene, analysis, a roundup of sales calls, feedback on competitor and own rates, activities etc. and recommendations to improve performance of staff and to increase business to Lanson Place.
Organizes and accompanies FAM Trips to the Residences for supportive and potential accounts.
Meets up with in-house tenants and guests and ensure post meeting evaluations are conducted.
To maintain cordial and effective working relationships with own and all other departments.
To assist in facilitation payment on outstanding accounts from clients so as to ensure the relationship of the client is maintained.
Assisting Sales Managers in their day-to-day office routines i.e. Business correspondences, inter-department correspondences etc.
Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in all aspects of secretarial duties as and when required.
Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing to update and maintain mailing list base and mailing campaigns.
Collection/Delivery of correspondences and documents between Sales and other Departments.
Attending to visitors to the Sales Office and other assistance.
Preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly statistics internally and externally i.e. occupancies, competitors performances, numbers of expatriate and visitors arrivals in Hong Kong etc.
Arrangements of air tickets, transportation and accommodation for overseas/outstation visits.
Receive and make reservations for apartments for regular and supportive clients and OTA coordination.
Forecast the reservation status and give feedback to Sales Managers and DOS.
Office Administration in filing of documents in sales department.
