零售店员：薪资3500-4000/月

零售主管：薪资5000-6000/月

Basic functions of the Retail Sales Associate include:
基本工作职责包括:
1、Greeting guests
跟客人打招呼
2、Answering questions-accurately and politely
礼貌专业地回答客人的问题
3、Answering the phone
接听电话
4、Handling cash and other forms of payment
收银
5、Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge
展示专业的产品知识
6、Determining guests’ needs - by actively engaging them in 1-on-1
conversations and informing guests of product features benefits
确定客人的需求并积极推荐符合的产品，告知客人产品的特性和优点

7、Suggestive selling - using proven techniques (i.e., related items,higher-quality items, transitional phrases)
引导客人（如附带产品、高价产品等）
8、Maintainingacleanandorganizedstore
保持店铺清洁，随时整理货架
9、Maintainingproperproductstocklevels–throughretailpullsinventories
保持店铺里有适量的产品库存量，根据店铺销售量和盘点数量
10、Displaying Retail product – through HRC’s visual display standards
根据硬石的视觉标准陈列零售商品
11、Performingopening,closingsideduties–cleaningglass,polishingbrass,sweeping vacuuming the floor, folding、product, etc
负责店铺开档收档和营运期间的日常工作，如清洁橱窗、扫地拖地、整理货架、补货等
