Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager or his / her delegate and within the limits of established Inter-Continental Hotels Group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Crowne Plaza Club such as the reception, check in/out, rooming of all Hotel guests, and assisting them with inquiries.

Properly operate the equipments& facilities, take good care of property sector.

Collect guests’ profiles to acknowledge their favour on food, beverage etc.
