DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
FINANCIAL RETURNS财务回报
·     Control beverage and consumables in daily work.
·     日常工作中控制好酒水及易耗品用量。
·     Memorize hotel’s promotion information to enlarge customers’ consumption.
·     熟记酒店促销信息，鼓励客人增加消费。

·     Maintain good relations with department staff and other departments.
·     与本部门员工以及其他相关部门保持良好的关系。
·     Assist other staff to complete tasks if necessary so as to work better together.

·     Ensure cleaning quality in rooms to improve GSTS.
·     保证客房卫生质量，提高客人满意度。
·     Complete guest service assigned by superior timely and politely and meet guests’ requirements.
·     及时、礼貌的完成上级指定的对客服务并满足客人的要求。

·     Enhance environmental awareness and lower impact on environment as many as possible.
