DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责

·     Use cleaning materials properly.
·     日常工作中控制好清洁用品的用量。
·     Memorize hotel’s promotion information to enlarge customers’ consumption.
·     熟记酒店促销信息，鼓励客人增加消费。

·     Maintain good relations with department staff and other departments.
·     与本部门员工以及其他相关部门保持良好的关系。
·     Assist other staff to complete tasks if necessary so as to work better together.

·     Ensure cleaning quality in public areas to improve GSTS.
·     保证公共区域卫生质量，提高客人满意度。
·     Be willing to help guests and accompany them to the specific place of hotel.
·     乐于帮助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点。

·     Enhance environmental awareness and lower impact on environment as many as possible.
