岗位职责

1、负责商务发展部（市场销售部）全面工作。

2、监督日常销售工作，并负责酒店的整体定位、品牌传播和整个酒店运营的客户发展。

3、负责酒店营销职能，最大限度地提高酒店总收入市场份额、优化利润回报，并在酒店商务发展部和希尔顿花园酒店商务发展团队之间保持关系和密切协调。

4、指导和协调销售、预定、在线营销等活动，以最大限度地创造酒店总收入。

5、计划与调整市场销售策略，掌握市场动态，定期分析市场特点和发展趋势；走访客户，征求客户意见，根据市场变化和客户需求调整营销策略，争取提高酒店平均房价和市场占有率。

6、签定住房优惠协议、旅行社房价协议及各种合作协议、认报刊合同、广告宣传服务协议。

建立、巩固和扩展销售网络，密切联系客户，稳定客源市场；积极参加各项旅游宣传和促销活动，与各地客户建立长期的良好合作关系，优化业务流程，完善规章制度。

岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。

2、熟悉销售、市场营销、收益、宴会及会议统筹、传媒、预定知识。

3、有较强的团队合作意识，及强的团队领导能力。

4、具有良好的市场分析判断和营销策划能力。

5、具有良好的职业道德和服务意识，有全局观及敏锐的洞察力。
