1.Report  to the Director of hot spring operation
1.对温泉营运总监负责。
2.To formulate the organizational structure and job responsibilities of various departments of the hot spring department.
2.制定温泉部各部门的组织结构，岗位职责。
3.Attend the weekly meeting of the hotel and the department, put forward the key and communication during the meeting, and supervise the tasks of the managers at all levels.
3.出席酒店与部门的每周会议, 在会议过程中提出重点、传达，并对各级管理者的任务落实进行督查。
4.Establish business indicators, staffing, salary scheme, management system.
4.制定营业指标，人员配备，工资方案，管理制度。
5. Develop a promotion plan for department during large holidays.
5.制定大型节假日期间温泉部的促销方案。
6.To coordinate and supervise the implementation of the departmental training plan, and conduct spot checks on the regional standard service procedures and skills.
6.协调、督导部门培训计划的落实，并对各区域规范服务流程及技能进行抽查。
7.Supervise hot spring outdoor service department the working process and executive ability of in hot spring outdoor service.
7.督导温泉露天部各级管理者的工作过程、执行能力。
8. Guide department managers to train staff to provide efficient and quality service to customers
8.指导部门管理人员培训好员工为客人提供高效、优质的服务。
9.Regularly review the reception operation system of the assigned department and propose improvement methods.
9.定期对所管辖部门的接待运行系统进行复查并提出改进方法。
