Responsible for the Housekeeping department

负责管家部工作

Supervise and control all Housekeeping and Laundry operations

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel

Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues

Maintain regular spring cleaning schedules

Ensure proper handling of Lost and Found

Responsible for strict key control

Co-operate with the Reception on room discrepancies to ensure accurate room status at all times

Set up systems to monitor achievement of departmental goals and objectives

Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures

Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements

Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs

坚持酒店的清洁和养护

Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area

保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁

Prepare and conduct meeting and group presentations to keep staff/ management / other parties informed of hotel operations and other relevant issues

准备和主持会议或小组展示向员工/管理者/其它组织通告酒店运作和其它方面的情况

Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation

准备和维护文档、报告、信函、备忘录和其它相关业务资料

 Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis

Abide by the Starwood Guest Satisfaction System.

Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Starwood Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.

-           1.Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

-           2.Possesses work ethics that exude a high level of understanding of working with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries

-           具有高度的兼容性,并对同事的国籍,不同观点和文化背景给予高度的理解。

-           3.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera.

-           熟练使用微软办公软件及Opera系统。

-           4. Common Communication and writing skills.

-           良好的交流及写作能力。

-           5.Strong Leadership skills in managing teams.

-           在管理队伍中有很强的领导技能。

-           6.Ability to manage complex relationships.
