-       The main responsibilities of the Front office Manager is the Front Office Department where he/ she is accountable for all guest/ employee/ accounting transactions. He/ she must ensure that the registration and check out process is warm, efficient and smooth, and that our guest received excellent service and theirs request accommodated.

-       处理所有客人、前厅员工的账目交易。确保入住和退房的程序是迅速、热情和无阻的,并且确保客人得到卓越的服务以及相应的订房。

-       Employees are educated on the Hotel’s products and services so as to able to serve guests to their satisfaction.

-       Staff will have to consistently focus on continuous improvement through the reduction of defects, increasing guests’ satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

-       员工必须通过减少错误,不断自我发展,以提高顾客的满意度和争取收益最大化。

-       Ensure the grooming of each employee of all front desk staff is impeccable.

-       确保前台员工时刻保持端庄的仪容仪表。

-       To ensure that front desk is always kept in a tidy and well-organized manner.

-       确保前台总是整洁有序。

-       Ensure that the front desk is never unmanned and that there are sufficient employees at all times.

-       确保前台一直有充足的员工。

-       To ensure that there are sufficient and proper communications with the key departments such as housekeeping, reservations and finance as well as sales & marketing.

-       加强与相关部门之间的沟通,例如,管家部、预定部、财务部和市场销售部。

-       To personally handle guests opportunities, special requests and ensure that 100% of the guests have experienced a flawless stay with the Hotel.

-       如需要,需亲自接待客人,满足客人的特殊要求,以保证所有客人都有完美的体验。

-       To assist in follow-up of all Guest Incident Report and incidents recorded in the DM Log.

-       协助跟进值班经理日志里面记录的客人事故报告。

-       To follow-up on guest comments/ opinion cards.

-       跟进客人的意见反馈表。

-       To continuously train, groom front desk employees with a focus of warmth, guest contact, and system efficiency.

-       持续培训员工的对客服务技巧,着重于热情接待和有效利用系统。

-       Attend on behalf of all Daily and Monthly Meetings.

-       参加日常例会/月会。

-       Personally meets, escorts, welcomes and provides fond farewell to as many VIP, special attention and regular guests as possible.

-       亲自迎接、陪同和欢送VIP客人以及酒店常住客。

-       Ensure that all groups are check-in and check-out in an efficient manner utilizing lateral service.

-       确保有效迅速的团队入住和退房工作流程。

-       Responsible to hold monthly meetings with the department to review quality measurements. Reviews new procedures, opportunities and shares essential information with the whole team, always encouraging feedback from the employees.

-       开展部门月会,回顾质量评测。回顾新的工作程序、机会,和员工分享关键的信息,总是鼓励员工提意见。

-       Responsible to interview, select and recruit employees.

-       面试、帅选和招聘员工。

-       Briefing session with Front Desk staff to review new procedures and guide them in correcting opportunities that occurred during the previous week.

-       与前台员工开展会议,回顾新的工作流程,并指导他们改正上一星期发生的错误。

-       Ensure that continual training to improve each process to be the best.

-       确保持续的员工培训,完善每一个工作流程。

-       Active Participation with the Room Division team to ensure continual growth and development.

-       积极融入房务部团队,保证不断发展。

-       In the absence of the Director of Operation, the Front Office Manager will represent the Room Division an all the necessary meetings.

-       当营运总监出差,前厅经理代表房务部参加相关会议。

-       To work closely with Housekeeping to ensure the room amenities is up to the standards setup by our philosophy and expected by the customer.

-       与管家部密切合作,保证客房用品符合酒店的标准和达到客人的期望。

-       To conduct periodical appraisals on all staff, giving counsel if and when required.

-       对员工进行定期评估,必要时给予员工建议/忠告。

-       Works with Superior and Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive. Duties include:

-       与人力资源部经理合作,确保部门有足够的人员工作。职责包括:

       Planning for future staffing needs.

      计划未来员工需要

      Recruiting in line with company guidelines.

      按照酒店指导方针,招聘新员工。

      Preparing detailed induction programmers for new staff.

      Maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation.

      拟制一个全面的以客人为中心的部门标准,并监督其执行情况。

      Ensuring training needs analysis of Rooms Division staff is carried out and training programmers’ are designed and implemented to meet needs.

      分析前厅部员工的培训需要,设计培训项目,并实施培训以满足员工的培训需求。

      Maintains training records for all direct reports and ensures they do the same for their staff.

      记录直属下级的培训记录,并保证他们对其部门员工的培训做好记录。

      Conducting probation and formal performance appraisal in line with company guidelines.

      按照酒店规定,对员工进行试用期评估和正式考核。

      Coaching, counseling and disciplining staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.

      Overseeing and reviewing work schedules to ensure they maximize productivity in line with labor codes.

      Approve all leave, after considering hotel occupancies.

      在考虑酒店入住率的前提下批准请假申请。

      Regularly communicating with staff to maintain good relations.

      定期与员工交流,与员工维持良好的关系。

-       Prepares the Rooms Division budget.

-       制定房务部预算

-       Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, Rooms Division costs to ensure performance against budget

-       持续分析和控制房务部的成本,以保证不超过预算。

-       Participate in the preparation of the hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plans and Goals Programme.

-       参与酒店战略计划、市场营销计划和目标项目的制定。

-       Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.

-       知晓职业、健康以及安全方面的政策和措施,确保这些政策和措施都被安全地执行,并要确保你的直接下属也做同样的事情。

-       Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and enforce these in your areas.

-       熟知酒店安全、急救、防火和紧急事件措施,并让您做管辖的员工都熟知。

-       Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.

-       主动采取措施去阻止和控制危险的场面,并主动将潜在的危险告知上级。

-       Ensure security incidents and accidents are logged, investigated and rectified to prevent future catastrophes.

-           2.Possesses work ethics that exude a high level of understanding of working with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries

-           具有高度的兼容性,并对同事的国籍,不同观点和文化背景给予高度的理解。

-           3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera.

-           熟练使用微软办公软件及Opera系统。

-           4. Fluent Communication and writing skills in English.

-           流利的英文交流及写作能力。

-           5. Strong Leadership skills in managing teams.

-           在管理队伍中有很强的领导技能。

-           6. Ability to manage complex relationships.

-           具有管理复杂关系的能力。
