- The main responsibilities of the Front office Manager is the Front Office Department where he/ she is accountable for all guest/ employee/ accounting transactions. He/ she must ensure that the registration and check out process is warm, efficient and smooth, and that our guest received excellent service and theirs request accommodated.

- Employees are educated on the Hotel’s products and services so as to able to serve guests to their satisfaction.

- Ensure the grooming of each employee of all front desk staff is impeccable.

- Attend on behalf of all Daily and Monthly Meetings.

- Personally meets, escorts, welcomes and provides fond farewell to as many VIP, special attention and regular guests as possible.

- Ensure that all groups are check-in and check-out in an efficient manner utilizing lateral service.

- Responsible to hold monthly meetings with the department to review quality measurements. Reviews new procedures, opportunities and shares essential information with the whole team, always encouraging feedback from the employees.

- In the absence of the Director of Operation, the Front Office Manager will represent the Room Division an all the necessary meetings.

- Prepares the Rooms Division budget.

- Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, Rooms Division costs to ensure performance against budget
