-          全面贯彻执行酒店的培训和服务质量标准，经常性的巡查、监督，及时发现存在的问题，并协助各部门将存在问题分析归类，并向上级反映，逐渐完善酒店质检和培训的相关制度。
-          Responsible to the director of human resources, responsible for the overall management of the training department
-          向人力资源经理/总监负责，负责培训部的全面管理工作。
