Assist Training Manager to implement the training function to support hotel’s business objectives and management goals. Coordinate and support hotel generic training, deparTeam Memberental training, language training, associates knowledge etc. Keep and track training data. Couching and facilitate other associates by demonstrating brand value to all associates always.

1. Be responsible for the maintenance of birthday records of all Team Member and to facilitate the arrangement of monthly to include preparation of birthday cards and organize venue for the birthday party.
负责更新员工生日纪录及安排每月生日聚会。
2. Assist Training Manager to set up Team Member’s activates’ group to designs and organizes or arranges various sorts of team member activities.
协助培训经理建立员工活动小组,设计并组织安排各类员工活动。
3. Monthly report for Team Members reward and punishing record.

4. Maintains effective internal communication with team members.

5. Maintains and update the Team Member notice boards, posters, and other forms of this kind communications in time.

6. Assist to implement team member motivation, recognition and participation program for the hotel.

7. Be responsible to take photographs for all team members.

8. Monitor attendance records of all language/training classes.
检查各种语言或其他培训的出勤情况。
9. Conduct language courses and other training programs as assigned.

10. Coordinate Orientation Program for all newly hired team members.

11. Assist with the annual hotel training needs survey in October.

12. Organize the Grooming Training and First Aid Training.

13. Collect monthly skills training reports from all deparTeam Memberents to complete the Monthly Training Report.

14. Prepare all memos regarding training courses or related matters.
准备所有培训课程及其他培训事务的资料整理及记录。
15. Assist with the preparation and publishing of team member Newsletter.
协助完成酒店员工通讯杂志的编写和印刷。
16. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
17. To ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Team member Rules and Regulations.
确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
18.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
