职位描述

职责概述GENERAL MISSION

1. 协助防损部调查酒店发生的事件,采取预防措施防止事件的发生。

To offer assistance to the Loss Prevention to investigate cases occurred in the hotel and adopts the precautionary measure to prevent the occurrence of case.


2. 负责防损部临时工的管理及出勤记录工作。

To be in charged of management and attendance record registration work to Loss Prevention casual  workers. 


3. 协助管事部将酒店用具的丢失及损毁程度降至最低。

To assist Stewarding to control the loss & breakage of hotel utensils to the lowest maximum.


4. 协助工程部进行酒店节能工作.协助资深防损主管开展相关预防工作。

To assist Engineering to carry out hotel energy conservation work. Assist Senior Loss Prevention Supervisor to do the Loss Prevention precautionary work.


5. 监管防损部的日常工作以确保酒店、客人及员工的安全。

Supervise daily activities of Loss Prevention Department to ensure company, guest and associate assets are protected.


6. 当突发事件发生时,遵守所有突发事件应对流程。

To follow up all emergency procedure when emergency situation is occurred.


7. 确保所有的报告和记录能够按照LSOP的要求完成。

Ensure all report and logs are record properly according LSOP request.

 

责任和方法RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

1. 正确的着工装和佩戴名牌上岗。

To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.


2. 时刻提供礼貌和专业的服务。

To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.


3. 与本部门及其他部门的同事保持良好的工作关系。

To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments.


4. 对饭店的规章制度、卫生、健康安全有明确的了解。

To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.


5. 执行其它所赋予的任务。

To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

行政职责 ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 监管所有值岗情况,包括汇`报、事件处理、巡逻、调度及各种事件记录、存档等日常值班所有活动。

Supervise all shift activity, including reports and incidents, patrolling, dispatching, various logs/files, all activity on daily shift.


2. 协助制定计划及防损部员工的培训。

Assist in scheduling and training loss prevention staff.


3. 前厅发生异常情况时,确保能够采取适当行动来处理。

Make sure proper action is taken with regard to unusual occurrences in the lobby.


4. 确保能够正确记录并确认外来访客的信息。

Make sure all outsiders visiting the hotel are properly recorded and identified.


5. 确保消防通道处于关闭状态,并禁止在消防通道内堆放物品。

Make sure the fire staircase was been checked and prevent the accumulation blocking in fire staircase.


6. 带领客人前往其目的地。

Escort the guest to the desired destination.


7. 确保酒店设备能够正常运行。

Ensure the hotel equipments are in good order.


8. 协调管理车道的交通运行。

Manage traffic at the drive way.


9. 确保每天检查缺损处并及时追查解决进度。

Make sure daily defect check and follow up.


10. 确保会计现金的护送和保护。

Ensure accounting cash are escorted and protected.


11. 作为万豪的服务大使,要尊重所有前来酒店的供应商、运输工人、及其他承包商。

Ensure to be the ambassador of Marriott . Treat all including suppliers, delivery person or any other contractor with highest respect.


12. 参加并组织安排相关会议。

Attend and conduct meetings as required.


13. 为确保酒店的高效运行,执行防损部经理助理或其他酒店领导的相关合理指示。

Be prepared to carry out any reasonable instructions from the Asst. LP Manager. or any hotel manager in the interests of efficient hotel operations

 

技术职责TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

高利润PROFITABILITY

1. 主动指导防损部员工执行酒店的节能计划。

Supervise Loss Prevention employees to practice the hotel energy conservation on own initiative.


2. 指导酒店厨房及相关场所员工工作,以加强用具管理,从而将酒店用具的丢失及损毁降程度至最低。

Supervise hotel outlets and kitchens employees to strengthen the utensils management, control the loss & breakage of hotel utensils to the lowest maximum.


3. 监管防损部员工,并加强对酒店财产的管理使其损失降至最低。

Supervise Loss Prevention associates to control the loss of hotel assets to the lowest maximum.


4. 介绍酒店设备的种类并向顾客介绍酒店产品。

Recommend variety of hotel facility and up-sell hotel product to the guest.


领导能力LEADERSHIP

1. 协助资深防损主管提高团队合作精神,共同为防损部效劳。

Assist Senior Loss Prevention Supervisor develops the team spirit and team work within department.


2. 检查值班人员日常工作及培训情况。

Check duty associate’s routine work and grooming.


3. 为建立良好客户关系树立积极榜样。

Sets a positive example for guest relations.


沟通能力COMMUNICATION

1. 遵守信息沟通标准。

Abide by radio communication standard.


2. 就酒店安全及消防方面存在的潜在危险向资深防损主管提出有效建议。

Put forward the effective suggestion being aimed at hidden danger and defects within hotel safety and fire prevention to Senior Loss Prevention Supervisor.


3. 向资深防损主管提出有效建议以提高防损部工作的质量。

Put forward the effective suggestion to Senior Loss Prevention Supervisor to improve the quality of Loss Prevention work.


4. 收集员工的反馈意见,协助防损部经理助理来解决。

Collecting feedback of associates. Asst. LP Manager to be responsible for the associates feedback follows up.


5. 与其它部门紧密配合、热忱工作,构建良好团队,以确保酒店工作的顺利、高效开展。

Work closely and enthusiastically with other department to ensure team work and the smooth, efficient operation of the hotel.


6. 提前与销售和宴会经理取得联系,以确定具体工作职能,从而确保酒店的安全。

Liaise with the Sales and Banquet manager in advance with regard to large or specialized functions and do the function security well.


7. 就重要问题应与防损部员工进行及时沟通。

Communicates critical information to Loss Prevention officers.


8. 遇员工意外事件和客人责任事故时应及时向防损部经理助理 / 经理汇报。

Report all associate accidents and guest liability incidents to Assistant Loss Prevention Manager  / Loss Prevention Manager.


9. 遇任何违反程序的操作须及时向防损部经理助理汇报。

Reports any procedure violations to the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager.


安全与治安SAFETY AND SECURITY

1. 能够辨认出并汇报所存在的安全隐患。

Recognize and report safety hazards.


2. 发现并汇报违反防损规定的行为。

Observe and report any Loss Prevention breaches.


3. 仔细盘查要进入酒店的可疑人员,不给其留出任何实施犯罪的机会。

Inquire the suspicious person who was going to enter hotel area, prevent any opportunity to commit a crime.


4. 遵守PSB的相关规定,请需要拜访住客的访客进行必要的访客登记。

Abide by PSB relevant regulation; ask hotel guest’s friend who was going to visit the guest to do the visitor registration.


5. 组织各种预防培训班,加强法制法律的宣传活动,以便预防犯罪事件的发生。

Organize the variety precautionary training classes and strengthen the law and discipline propaganda for preventing the occurrence of criminal incident.


6. 所有调查必须要准确、细致。

All investigations will be conducted with accuracy and attention to detail.


7. 加强酒店入口的检查。

Strengthen the check for hotel entrance.


8. 制定各种政策和流程,并监管员工采用预防措施来防止各类事件的发生。

Formulated various policy & procedure and supervise employee to adopt the precautionary measure to prevent the occurrence of various cases.


9. 执行危机处理流程。

Implementation of emergency procedures.


10. 确保防损部在员工发生意外事件后能及时提供专业的急救措施来帮助员工。

Ensure that all associates' accidents/incidents receive immediate and professional First Aid treatment by the Loss Prevention Department.


客户满意度GUEST SATISFACTION

1. 主动协助会议策划,努力满足顾客所需,提供最好的防损部服务。

Be proactive to offer assistance to the meeting planner, try best to meet their needs and provide the finest Loss Prevention service.


2. 为丢失护照的客人提供帮助,帮助他们顺利通过签证或护照检查程序。

Provide assistance to the guest who lost the passport, help the guest to put through the visa/passport procedure.


3. 如果客人在酒店外丢失了个人物品,应根据客人需要向PSB汇报。

If the guest lost personal belongings outside of hotel, be proactively to help the guest to report to PSB if the guest needed.


4. 如果客人在酒店内丢失了其个人物品,应当仔细调查帮助查找。并根据客人需要向PSB汇报。

If the guest lost personal belongings within the hotel, offer assistance with detail investigation. Report to PSB if needed or requested by the guest.


5. 尽最大努力提高服务质量。

Strives to improve service performance.


6. 有效处理客人所提出的问题及其投诉。

Handles guest problems and complaints effectively.


7. 协助保管所需的JSA程序和统计数据。与客人沟通、联系以获得产品质量及服务水平方面的反馈意见。

Assists in maintaining required JSA programs and statistical data. Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.


高效工作OPERATING EFFICIENCY

1. 确保能够对内外客人所提出的要求做出及时地反映。

Make sure all internal/external customer requests responded to in a timely manner.


2. 交接班时有效处理所有防损部相关事件。

Effectively handle any Loss Prevention related incidents which arise on shift.


3. 客人需要时防损部员工需提供直接服务。

Make sure Loss Prevention Officer provides lateral service when needed to internal customers.


4. 确保能够遵守酒店及防损部的SOP/LSOP。

Ensure compliance with hotel and Loss Prevention SOP/LSOP.


5. 每天需检查有无安全隐患、时刻保持巡逻,并完成所有需要填写的报告。

Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and daily patrols and complete all reports.


6. 遇突发情况确保能够做出及时反映。

Make sure all emergencies responded to in a timely manner.


7. 确保能够在5分钟之内完成清场程序。

Make sure all “lock-outs” responded to within 5 minutes.


8. 确保能够在5分钟内对所报“危险物品”做出反应。

Make sure all “damaged property” responded to within 5 minutes.


9. 尽可能地协助危机组织小组领导的工作。

Act as assistant Emergency Organization chief as necessary.


10. 完成需要填写的所有报告。

Complete and distribute reports as required.


夜班任务NIGNT DUTY ASSIGNMENT

1. 如果发现有可疑女士可能要进行卖淫活动,大厅防损员工应该阻止她进入酒店,并立刻向主管汇报。

In case finding lady who was suspected to be prostitute, lobby officer should prevent her into the hotel and report to supervisor immediately.


2. 夜班时,应定期检查管辖区域内的公共区域。

Check public area within work sphere regularly during night shift.


3. 确保所有的进出口是安全的或有保安员看守。

To ensure all exists and entrances are secured and checked.

 

人事职责HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 与同事保持良好的工作关系。

Have a good relationship with all colleagues.


2. 同事之间要相互理解、支持、鼓励和帮助。

Be understood, supportive, encouraging and helpful to all.


3. 直接向防损经理助理报告。

Reports directly to  Asst. LP Manager

 

替代和临时责任REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION

无论店内或店外,执行管理层要求的其它相关责任和特殊计划。

To be ready and responsible when assigned, to perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Management of the hotel.
