职位描述

SPECIFIC DUTIES  工作任务:

Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section.

确保每天工作被有效的完成。

a. Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness, sanitary conditions and maintenance of all public area throughout the hotel under his / her jurisdiction.

指导并负责整个酒店的清洁卫生维修保养,并使PA工作井然有序的运行。


b. Orient and train new employees. Conduct continuous training and retraining n and on-the –job training to subordinates according to approved systems and procedures.

培训新员工,并按酒店操作程序对新员工进行在岗培训和其他形式的再培训。

Train staff on proper handing and use of equipment and cleaning supplies.

培训员工正确使用清洁剂和机器设备。

Make sure all public area attendants attend the ECOLAB chemical training program.

确保每位员工都参加艺康清洁剂培训。

Perform daily inspection of Public Area.

对公共区域进行日常检查。


c. Inspect daily all Executive Offices. Food and Beverage outlets / restaurants, conference rooms, banquet halls, public restrooms and toilets, back of the house offices, shopping arcade, lobby and other areas of responsibility.

每日对餐厅、大堂、会议室、宴会厅、客用卫生间、后区办公室、更衣室等区域的清洁情况,更衣室进行检查。

Ensure that all public area supervisors are doing their jobs according to established and approved systems and procedure.

确保PA领班按酒店清洁标准检查工作。

Inspects while work is in progress to ensure that proper methods and procedures are being used.

工作的检查,确保员工的工作完全符合操作程序来完成。

Check subordinates’ works frequently to make sure best performance are maintained. 

经常检查下属的工作并促使他们能一贯出色的完成工作。

Maintenance public area quality program.

制定公共区域的维修保养计划。


d. Initiate and schedule special cleaning in areas of responsibility.

制定各类清洁计划。

Check spring-cleaning and general cleaning schedules of public area supervisors.

检查PA领班大清洁的检查情况。

Keep records of special cleaning jobs completed in the public area.

对各类计划清洁进行记录。

Record monthly, quarter, general cleaning schedules including carpet shampoo.

按照日常、月度、季度、年度对清洁计划进行分类登记包括清洗地毯。

 

2. Duties and responsibilities:

工作职责:

a. Closely monitor progress and maintenance work orders.

密切关注维修进展状况。

Follow up on public area supervisor request for maintenance and repair orders and ensure that they have been carried out effectively.

跟进领班汇报的工程问题并确保工程问题得到及时维修。

Coordinate with the Engineering department regarding pending work orders.

与工程部协调未完成的工程的问题。

Prepare weekly outstanding repair and maintenance lists and submit reports to Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

每周未完成的工单汇报给客房部经理。


b. Plan and schedule duty roster of public area staff.

负责PA员工排班及考勤。

Ensure that absences and tardiness are monitored closely and that corresponding disciplinary actions are given. If privileges are abused.

排好岗位分配表并处理好员工的请假,交接班,迟到等事宜。

Check banquet event orders / schedules and schedule staff accordingly.

根据宴会情况合理安排员工。


c. Discipline and appraise subordinates performance as and when required.

根据要求督导和评估下属的工作表现。

Assist in motivating staff to achieve goals and objectives of the Housekeeping department.

激励员工完成部门的目标。

Give recommendations for improvement.

提供建议,促进员工提高。

Counsel staff if necessary, reprimand or issue misconduct notice or recommend dismissal if called for. Ensure that code of discipline is strictly followed and that rules and regulations of the hotel and the department are strictly adhered to.

根据酒店和部门的规章制度,必要时对员工作出警告,给于过失单、劝退的处罚。

Evaluate staff performance from time to time and before probationary period is up.

试用期内定期评估员工的表现。

Provide proper guidance.

提供合理的指导。


d. Investigate complaints:

处理投诉:

Handle complaints regarding housekeeping services in public areas tactfully and offer all possible assistance and take appropriate action immediately to rectify the situation.

处理PA的投诉问题,并根据情况立即做出相应工作上的补救和调整。

Attend to staff grievances and report to Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

处理员工的不满并立即汇报给客房部经理。


e. Be FIRM and FAIR when handling staff complaints and take appropriate action immediately after through investigation.

公平,公正的处理员工的投诉和不满,并做出相应的跟进措施。


3. Contribute to overall operational efficiency:

持续不断的保持和提高PA的工作效率:

a. Coordinate and liase with contractual cleaners.

对外包清洁公司进行管理及联系沟通。

Ensure works carried out are according to schedule.

确保工作按计划完成。

Ensure public area supervisor check the completed job to ensure they confirm with public area hotel’s standard of cleanliness.

确保PA 的领班的检查工作到位及按照酒店标准来清洁。

Ensure public area supervisor report unbecoming behaviour, attitude and performance of all contractual cleaners and report findings to the Executive Housekeeper.

确保PA领班能及时汇报外包员工不符合标准的工作态度和工作表现。

Inform contractual cleaners of the hotel’s policies and safely procedures and make they follow them.

通知并确保外包公司能严格执行酒店各类规章制度和安全程序。


b. Convey information or decisions from management to subordinates.

传递信息及做出管理策略。


c. Act on all decisions and programs decided by the Dor. of Services. Ensure all public area staff understand and follow rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the department and house rules of the hotel.

执行房务部总监制定的工作计划和程序并确保PA员工能理解遵守酒店和部门的各项制度。


d. Monitor projects assigned to subordinates to ensure completion date and standards are met.

督导员工能按标准完成工作。


e. Maintenance close coordination with other departments of the hotel.

与其它部门保持良好的合作。

Obtain close mutual agreement and understanding for better planning and scheduling of the general cleaning of other department’s area of responsibility.

方便在其它部门区域内更好地进行计划清洁的工作。

Minimize conflict through better communication.

通过沟通减少部门间的误会或摩擦。


f. Ensure proper control of cleaning and guest supplies and equipments.

合理控制物品设备的使用和消耗。

Monitor weekly cleaning and guest supplier requisition of public area supervisors and ensure that they are properly controlled.

控制PA领班每周的物品使用情况。

Keep monthly consumption record of cleaning chemical and supplies.

做好备品月度消耗纪录。

Monitor use of cleaning agents and proper dilution of chemicals.

规范清洁剂的使用、品种、浓度等。

Report to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper defective equipment that cannot be fixed by the Engineering department.

工程部不能修理的设备设施及时汇报给客房部经理。

Ensure all equipments are in good working condition by checki9ng them daily.

每日检查并保养各类设备设施,确保设备设施的完好。


g. To serve as a back-up reliever of public area supervisor whenever necessary duo to absences or emergency leaves.

顶替领班空缺的班次。


h. Conduct quarterly stock taking of operating equipment and supplies. 

控制季度库存情况。


i. Ensure public area supervisors complete their reports and hand-over before going off duty.

确保PA领班及时填写报表及交接工作。


j. Keep a logbook on daily happenings and complete all reports at the end of the day before going off duty to ensure continuity of efficient public area services.

在下班前完成每天的交接工作确保公共区域的服务效率。


k. Monitor and ensure pest control program and schedules are carried out effectively.

检查并督促杀虫计划工作。


l. Ensure all public area master keys are accounted at the end of the day.

在每个班次间做好钥匙的交接工作。


m. Maintain personal grooming as per hotel’s standard, to project an efficient, professional, next and tidy appearance to hotel guests and set an example to subordinates.

个人仪容仪表地按照酒店的规范保持专业有效率的出现在酒店客人面前,并在员工中树立表率。


n. Ensure all public area staff aware of hotel emergency, safety and pest control procedures.

确保所有PA员工熟知酒店的各种紧急应对措施,和安全工作措施包括虫害控制的程序。


o. Prepare annual evaluation / performances’ rating of floor supervisor’s and submit to Assistant Executive Housekeeper for review.

准备PA领班的年度评估,并送交经理审查。


p. Remind all PA cleaners daily to practice safe work habits.

督促PA所有员工养成良好的安全工作习惯。


q. Make sure all PA cleaners get their job descriptions and if necessary explain each one.

确保每位员工都有工作描述,并及时解释员工的疑问。


r. Prepare the monthly 15 minutes briefing according to the brand standard audit standard to requirement.

按酒店品牌的标准来准备PA每月的15分钟培训计划。
