JOB SUMMARY岗位综述

1. Sees to proper handling, usage of office equipment and supplies; maintains cleanliness of the F&B Office. Ensures timely reporting of malfunction, follows up with maintenance of appropriate office equipment when required.

正确操作、使用办公设备及用品，保持办公室的清洁。办公设备发生故障应及时报告，并对办公设备进行维护。

2. Types files, letters, faxes, reports. Receives & sends the concerned information , maintains proper records all memos and files. Keeps them in secret and put them in order regularly.

负责部门文件、信件、传真、报告的打印工作，资料的收发、登记、送阅和归档保管工作。并做好保密工作，定期清理各类文件。

3. Prepares the departmental meetings and informs the concerned people. Takes and transcribes minutes of the meetings.

负责部门会议的准备与通知，做好会议记录，并整理后传达至相关部门。

4. Drafts routine and simple correspondence and memorandum for approval of superior .And disseminate to other department.

按照上级的要求起草普通、简单的信件及备忘录。并及时传达至有关部门。

5. Answers and places telephone calls for superiors; arranges appointments for superior and reminds him of it.

接听电话并为上级安排工作日程表，需要时及时提醒上级。

6. Opens, reads and sorts incoming mail for the department; dispatches and records outgoing mail.

整理部门的邮件，分发信件并做好记录。

7. Maintains adequate stock of office supplies; controls all stationary supplies for the department.

保持并控制好本部的办公用品。

8. Responsible for typing the weeding and banquet menu 负责打印各式婚宴菜单.

9. Carries out the kinds of health permit certificate and annual censor.

负责部门办证及年审工作。

10. Makes the departmental total Attendance record , Welfare, human fairs, and the management of the Property.

负责部门统计协调整体人员的考勤、福利、人事、财产登记管理等具体工作。

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and System.
