· Monitor Guest Service Agents personnel to ensure IHG Rewards Club members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service

· Review arrival lists for all IHG Rewards Club members and select the potential IHG Rewards Club enrollment.

· Check room allocations, amenities and special requests of IHG Rewards Club members and VIP rooms prior to the guests arrival

· Greet VIP guests and IHG Rewards Club members personally.

· Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery

· Organize and conduct regular meeting for all Guest Service Agent’s staff to facilitate communications and smooth operations relating Priority Club activities

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的学士学位或大专水平。
· 2 years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
拥有2年前厅或宾客服务工作经验,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
