职位职责 Job Description：

协助管理厨房运作，包括菜单筹划和成本核算、组织特别活动、开发新菜式、保证食品质量标准和全面的产品知识。

Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.

任职资格 Qualification：

拥有高级餐厅工作经验，参与过酒店开业筹备等项目，拥有国内和海外的工作经验。

Chinese Specialty Chef with previous high quality restaurant working experience. Experiences of pre-opening, working in China & overseas.
