职位职责Job Description：

管理餐厅运营，通过提供以宾客为中心的服务来达到业务目标。确保部门员工绩效。与上级领导一起筹备和管理部门预算等。

Manage restaurant operations, to reach business goal by providing customer-oriented service. Guarantee associate performance within the department. Prepare and manage departmental budget with property leaders.

任职资格Qualification：

拥有在米其林餐厅和豪华酒店工作的餐饮服务经验。参与过酒店开业筹备等项目，拥有国内和海外的工作经验。

Restaurant Service Operation with previous Michelin Restaurant & Luxury Hotel working experience. Experiences of pre-opening, working in China & overseas.
