1、Ensure that the day-to-day administrative needs of the department are fulfilled.
2、Perform the duties within the framework defined by the norms of the Company and within the Hotel’s internal regulations.
3、Keep confidential information CONFIDENTIAL.
4、Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for the General Manager as required.
5、To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings such as Executive Morning Briefing and dictation from General Manager, etc.

3、确保酒店机密的信息机密性。
4、负责做好总经理秘书以及书记的任务与职责。
5、做好酒店行政晨会的转录工作，以及听写下酒店总经理的口述等。
