岗位职责

Assist and help any members or guests that require any assistant in the Health Club. Handle all operating issues, towels and inventory etc. Monitor and maintain all the equipment makes sure working in order.

为所有健身中心的客人提供帮助及咨询。掌握所有操作进程，确保毛巾等用品的补给，清点各种库存。做好各种器械的保养与维护，确保其有效运转。

Update and maintain skills and products knowledge at all times. Provide members with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues ensure guests are taken care of when coming. Evaluate individual’s abilities, needs and physical conditions, and develop suitable training program meet any special requirements.

不断提高和更新相关技巧及专业知识，提供关于营养，体重标准和生活方式等信息确保每位客人都能得到体贴入微的照顾。对个体的能力，需求和身体条件做出评估，制定合适的培训计划以满足不同客户的需求。

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.

Resolves guest concerns, and implements resolutions by using discretion and judgments.

Actively takes part in training the team, facilitating formal training sessions and on the job training to ensure that all team members are of the same standard. Also attends training where and when required

Maintains discipline amongst team members, ensuring consistency in accordance with the team member handbook, Chinese Labour Law and HR guidelines. Distributes appropriate discipline when and where required.

岗位要求

1. 1 or 2 years of related working experience prefered.

一至两年相关工作经验者优先。

2. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
