岗职责位：

1、在厨师长安排下，负责各种饭菜的加工制作，保证食品质量。

2、严格遵守作息时间，不擅离职守，不脱岗，不窜岗，保证食堂按时开餐。

3、服务周到，礼貌待人，对员工一视同仁。

4、遵守安全操作规程，正确使用操作工具，充分利用原材料，节约水、电、气。

5、严格执行《食品卫生法》，作好食堂卫生，保证无过期变质食品。

6、厨师上岗必须工服穿戴整齐，厨房内不得吸烟，未经许可不得以任何动用食堂物品。

7、负责每餐划卡统计，无就餐卡人员不得予以就餐。

8、服从厨师长调动，维护好厨房器具，作好餐前餐后各项工作。

岗位要求：

1、三年以上厨师工作经验，能独立承担员工食谱搭配。

2、责任心强，服务意识好，具有创新精神。
