MAJOR FUNCTION 职责概述 :
Well versed and implement on all Brand Standard requirements for Housekeeping, Front Office and related areas
熟悉并落实客房部和前厅部以及相关区域的所有品牌标准。
Assist General Manager and Director of Operation in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly operation department.
协助总经理和运营总监确保运营部门运转正确、流畅。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作职责 :
1. Sets expectations and holds Rooms leadership team accountable for demonstrating desired service behaviours.
设定期望值,并领导整个房务部的服务工作。
2. Develops and manages Rooms budget.
发展和管理房务部预算。
3. Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Rooms is performing against budget.
审查财务报告和财务报表,确定根据预算经营房务部。
4. Coaches and supports Rooms leadership team to effectively manage cost and controllable expenses (e.g., HSKP&FO supplies, uniforms, etc.).
培训和支持房务部领导团队有效地管理成本及可控的费用(例如:客房和前厅用品、制服等) 。
5. Identifies opportunities to increase profits and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation and driving necessary change.

6. Ensure to implement provision of Housekeeping cleaning and services.
确保客房部所设计的清洁和服务的规定得到执行。
7. Ensure that all rooms are in perfect condition at all times in terms of cleanliness, orderliness, condition and Brand Standard.
确保所有的客房在任何时间的清洁都有条理的进行。
8. Coordinate with Front Office regarding the rooms availability and rooms which should be taken out of order for repair and maintenance, as well as general cleaning.
和前台协调好可售出的房间及封闭大修房及大清洁的房间。
9. Monitor public areas and guestrooms floors of the hotel and ensure they are spic and sanitary condition throughout the year.
关注公共区域和客人房间在全年都保持在良好的状态。
10. Responsible for guest satisfy survey scores about the part of Rooms.
为宾客满意度调查中房务部分的分值负责。
11. Participates in the hiring, development and retention of a diverse workforce to deliver excellent products and services. Ensure that only qualified employees are hired in the department.
参与招聘工作,发展员工和保持员工的效率和服务。
12. Sustains a work environment that focuses on fair and equitable treatment and employees` satisfaction to enable business success.
创建良好的工作环境使员工更满意从而更努力为酒店创造良好收益。
13. Foster good coordination, harmonious and effective communication within the Housekeeping department and with other departments.
能够与部门内部以及外部的其他部门保持良好的协调与沟通关系。
14. Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service. Minimize guest complaints.
确保提供给客人优质服务,使客人投诉最小化。
15. Ensure Guest Relations team is positively affecting GSS scores for Problem Experienced by resolving guest issues timely, effectively, and professionally while hotel interest is observed
确保宾客关系团队通过及时、有效、专业的解决宾客遇到的问题,同时保留酒店权益,对宾客满意度调查产生积极的影响。
16. Ensures that all procedures and policies are in place and followed. Conducts audit and controls on a regular basis. Communicates with accounting in case of any irregularities; and coaches and counsels employees whenever appropriate.
确保程序和规章制度的执行。执行日常审计和控制。如有任何谬误及时与财务部沟通;随时为员工提供指导。
17. Maintain personal grooming as per hotel’s standard to project an efficient, professional, neat and tidy appearance to hotel guests and set an example to subordinates.
维护好自己专业、整洁的仪容仪表,展现在客人面前,并且在员工中做好良好的典范。
18. To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
完成管理层交给的其它任务。
Profile of Competency 工作能力: | l Minimum 10years` knowledge of hotel operation experiences, and 3 yeas` knowledge experiences in the same position. The best is have work experiences at international chain hotel. 至少10年饭店相关运作经验3年及以上同等岗位的工作经验;最好具有国际连锁饭店工作经验。 l Thorough knowledge on Housekeeping and Front Office procedures and products. 具备客房部和前厅部的专业知识 l Should have thorough understanding of financial statements. and. Capable of. preparing departmental budgets with minimal supervision. 具备对于财物的理解力和部门的预算控制 l Customer Service Oriented 良好的对客服务质素 l Desirable Communication Skill 主动沟通技巧 l Team Player 有团队精神 |
