MAJOR FUNCTION 职责概述 :

To provide guests staying at hotel with full butler services throughout the guest stay and ensuring the guest experiences through a professional and personalized service from arrival to departure of the hotel. All preferences and requests are attended to in a courteous and efficient manner as per hotel’s standards

为居住于酒店的客人提供全方位的管家服务，让客人从到店至离店享有专业化、个性化的服务。根据酒店标准，以周到和高效的服务态度满足客人的喜好和要求。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作职责 :

1. Ensure the room is prepared to required standards and meets specific needs of guest.

确保所有房间按照标准准备好，并能达到客人的具体要求。

2. Ensure smooth arrival of guests and welcome guests on arrival, assist guests with all check-in formalities，escort and settle guests in their room.

确保客人顺利到店并在客人到店时迎接客人，协助客人完成所有入住登记手续，陪同客人至其所住房间并安顿好。

3. Provide butler dining service during guests’ stay（in-room dining, restaurant dining, pool side dining etc.）.

在客人住店期间提供贴身管家餐饮服务(房间内用餐，餐厅用餐，泳池畔用餐等)。

4. Provide other butler service during guests’ stay (secretarial service, ticket-booking service, reservation-making service, laundry & ironing service, luggage packing/unpacking service etc.).

在客人住店期间提供其它贴身管家服务（秘书服务，订票服务，预订服务，洗衣及熨烫服务, 行李打包/开包服务等）。

5. Be familiar with local information (tourism, transportation, activities & events etc.) and ready to provide to guest at any time .

熟悉当地信息（旅游，交通，重大活动及事件等）并可以随时提供给客人。

6. Assist guests with all check-out formalities, ensure smooth departure of guests, escort guests to leave, appreciate guests and bid farewell.

协助客人完成所有退房手续，确保客人顺利离店，为客人送行，感谢客人并道别。

7. Conform to all rules and regulations of the hotel, respect hierarchy of the hotel and fulfil other tasked assigned by superior.

遵守酒店的所有规章制度，尊重酒店上下级体系，完成上级分配的其它任务。

Profile of Competency

工作能力:

l Minimum 1-year working experience at FO/F&B/HSKP department in five-star hotel.

至少具备五星级酒店前厅部/餐饮部/客房部一年工作经验。

l Customer Service Oriented

良好的对客服务质素

l Team Player

有团队精神

Language

语言能力:

l Good command of spoken and written English.
