1.Arrange the training needs analysis.
开展培训需求分析。
2.Ensure the development and implementation of training plan based on the career development program and training needs analysis.
确保根据职业发展规划及培训需求分析结果发展并执行培训计划。
3.Draft all the training and team building activitynotice.
起草所有关于培训及员工活动的通知。
4.Prepare the training calendar and send the calendar to all department on time according to the Core Policy. CP-HR-D-008
根据培训政策CP-HR-D-008制定月度培训日历并将培训日历及时发出。
5.Conduct training as per instruction of Head office and ALA HRD.
根据总部及人力资源总监的指导进行培训。
6.Assist the trainer from Headoffice or third party to conduct the training. Assist to translate or coordinate with relevant department.
协助集团培训师或第三方组织并开展培训，协助翻译或与各部门协调。
7.Control and manage the departmental training activities as per instruction of HRD
根据人力资源总监的指导，控制并管理各部门的培训。
8.Develop training courses, manage and keep up to date all necessary training material, documents, manuals and supports.
开发培训课程，同时确保所有必要的培训文件、操作手册及辅助文件被及时更新。
9.Establish the training record/file for all employees.
为所有员工建立培训档案。
