1.General secretarial and stenographic work, memo’s letters, minutes of meetings, faxes and the undertaking of all secretarial duties, relevant to the Sales & Marketing Department

2.Answer telephone calls and takes messages for the Sales & Marketing Department Team, making sure all telephone answered when a Sales Colleagues is absent from a desk

3.Ensure action and follow up of all room inquiry, as determined by the sales staff
确保跟进所有客房询价。
4.Bring up daily traces. Maintain any and all records regarding bookings and make sure Account Management is being adhered to

5.Conduct oneself in a professional manner befitting the hotel
