Responsibilities & Requirements
-          Source develop new accounts  (bars, restaurants and hotels) that are interested in serving JING-A in the region through draft and bottle sales (Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou 
-          Increase market penetration through existing locations and develop sustainable growth through training, sales, Jing-A events and support brand ambassadors in training and development in their respective city markets.
-          Manage existing BA’s in the region (Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou) relative to localized event planning, marketing, and training.
-          Develop sales pipelines, event schedules for existing and potential accounts 
-          Needs to be able to communicate fluently in Chinese & English with strong love of craft beer. 
-          Lead a team of 4 Brand ambassadors in the region through business development ( draft & bottles), training for existing and new locations, and orchestrating event planning and marketing support through your brand Ambassadors
-          Translate standard documents that support our sales operations for Shanghai and other regions as well as creating/defining new processes to improve the efficiencies of our operations in the region.
-          Act as a trainer and training supervisor, working closely with the regional BA’s
-          Work closely with our distributors and large accounts to help accelerate growth regionally.
-          3-5 year’s work experience in F&B, distribution, sales or related field.
-          Develop a concerted expansion plan relative to each city in the region.
Compensation (3 month probationary period starting from 10/1/2017)
-          Commission of 500 RMB for each new draft account with signed contract
-          0.5% of all Shanghai draft and bottle sales (SH,HZ,SZ)
-          Standard Chinese holidays, plus 10 days of vacation
-          Annual bonus of 1.5 month’s salary at the completion of the contract
-          Full Chinese benefits
-          Based on a 6 day work week
Compensation (from 1/1/18 tor 9/30/18)
-          0.5% of all Shanghai draft and bottle sales in the region (SH,HZ,SZ)
