岗位职责:
1. 商务中心行政客服部的日常运营和管理;
2. 亲和力高,形象气质好。负责电话接听,接收客户来函及收发快递,并及时予以回复(要求使用客户服务礼仪),做好相关工作跟进、回访;
3. 与客户之间保持良好的沟通、协作关系;做好关键客户的商务客户接待和服务;
4. 熟悉公司服务设施的位置和行政商务经营特色,以及提供各类行政商务服务和物业收费;
5. 完成客服经理、主管分配的各项工作,并对商务中心进行监督及有效管理,遇事及时知会相关部门;
6、熟悉各项业务,对客户的各项合理需求进行有效处理。
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in a foreign company, background.
- Customer service orientation, excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate in perfect Chinese and English, both verbally and writing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Confident, independent, resourceful and highly motivated with a good health.
- Coachable, willing to learn and a team player.
