Primary Responsibilities 
The position is responsible for providing support to the VPSM and to the sales & marketing team.
 
Technical Support
1.Manage and be lead champion for AccorHotels Sales digital systems
2.ANAIS for GSO 
3.ANA Plan
4.Cognos reporting
5.T.A.G.S ( The Accor Group system )
 
Administrative Support
1.Organizing and maintain the diary of the VPSM
2.Manage travel plans of VPSM
3.Processing of expenses of VPSM
4.Follow up and trace all projects handled by VPSM
5.Manage the air travel for the department
6.Maintain the staff annual leave records for the department
 
Project Management
1.Plan and manage SDML orientation for hotels DOSMs
2.Plan and manage yearly Greater China SDML conference / workshop
 
Marketing Activities
1.Responsible for Corporate giftaways
2.Creation of Accor yearly desk calendars
 
Finance 
1.Manage CSMP budget
 
Other Responsibilities 
1.Assists on product development plans, initiatives and programs
2.Assist department heads in SDML Greater China with administrative duties
3.Assist GSO Shanghai in organizing sales missions
4.Other tasks as required by the VPSM 
 
Knowledge and Experience
1.Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or Business
2.Minimum of 2 year working experience in digital / administration for Director / VP level
3.Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint 
 
Competencies
1.Good computer literacy (MS office, Excel, Powerpoint)
2.Fluent English speaking and writing 
3.Excellent organizational skills
4.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5.Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
6.Well-presented
