Protect and defend the interests and benefits of the company; control and mitigate risks; and provide legal support to the growth of the company.
1.Assist Legal Counsel to prepare and review Franchise
2.Agreement and Management Agreement 
3.Prepare and review legal documents associated with internal departments, subsidiaries and strategic partners
4.Provide legal consultant service to internal departments and subsidiaries; and handle contentious legal matters;
5.Involve in Contract Negotiation
 
2nd primary responsibilities 
1.Create and optimize Chop Management system, including procedure and applicable format
2.Standardize frequently-used operational related contracts
3.Supervise each internal department and each subsidiary to execute legal management system and operate with compliance to Chinese Law and regulations to prevent legal risk
 
3rd primary responsibilities 
Assist Legal Counsel and Cooperate with external lawyer in litigation and arbitration case and  follow up
 
Knowledge and Experience
1.Bachelor Degree with legal education
2.Minimum of 5 years of working experience (after final graduation) in an international environment, either in international law firm or a multinational company ( real estate industry preferred); 
3.Very good knowledge of Chinese business law (in particular real estate, corporate, contract and other commercial laws);
4.Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
