Job Purpose
The position is responsible for driving each LUXE project interior designer to produce iconic and creative design for each project through good layout, Design Briefs & detailed comments from design proposal and also implementation of each Brand Product Guidelines and Specification. Project management for any allocated project

1st primary responsibilities
- Responsible for the conceptual ideas, development and completion of all design work according to each LUXE Brand Standards & Specifications.
- Provide & guide design direction to designers. –base on brand signed
- Develop Design Briefs for project – base on brand signed
- Zoning and layout – base on brand signed
- Space program
 
2nd primary responsibilities
- To fully understand & articulate of all LUXE Brand Standards & Specifications.
- Ensure the final image/ outcome is in line/ agreed with the brand vision and the client’s vision.
- To make sure quality control procedures are adhered to, checking, acquiring, recommending before sign off.
- Project management for allocated hotel
 
3rd primary responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting assignments and assessing most appropriate partners/suppliers.
- Defect list management – Interior, construction and M&E
- PIP proposal for allocated project / Hotel
- Basic M&E systems, kitchen, laundry, elevator,
- Support VP & Design Directors according to need.
 
4th primary responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.- owner, consultants, designer etc.
- Knowledge of emerging / latest trends in design, technology and innovation to stay up to date.
- Create Database of creative pictures, Designers’/ Suppliers’ Portfolio for the Design & Technical Department.
- China star rating, hygiene and Green hotel requirement
- Handicap facilities and requirement 
- Pool and Health facilities knowledge
 
Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor Degree of Arts, 3D Design (Furniture & Product)
- Relevant experience in the top end luxury hotel industry
- Well versed in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of design & the ability of creativity ideas.
- Basic M&E / IT / ELV system knowledge
- Fluent in English & Mandarin.- spoken and written
- Professional presentation techniques to clients.
