Primary Responsibilities
1.	Achieve personal objectives being set yearly
2.	Achieve the objectives of the ISO Beijing
3.	Animate Accor’s Strategic and Key Corporate Accounts
4.	Secure Corporate MICE Groups
5.	Increase the number of Chinese hotels in each RFP accounts
6.	Increase the number of China’s Key Corporate accounts
7.	Use the Accor’s Account Management system, ANAIS to it’s maximum with timely recording of activities and sales opportunities
8.	Conduct Business review with all the major accounts managed
