岗位职责
1.督导会计、成本控制、采购、出纳、收银的业务操作。
2.起草酒店财务部各种管理制度，落实各有关制度。
3.编写酒店年度财务预算。
4.负责酒店的财产管理及成本控制。
5.检查各种财务报告的及时、正确性，向财务总监呈报会计报表。
6.检查各项税金的上缴，加强与财政部门的业务联系，协调外部关系，取得有关信息。
7.配合各级外部审计查账工作，审核检查所有对外编报的数据及财务报表，确保无误方可报出。

8.做好酒店每月财务经营分析，为酒店经营提供可行性数据分析。

岗位要求
1.财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历，中级以上会计师职称优先。
2.具有5年以上财务负责人工作经验，3年以上四星级及以上财务岗位工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式。
3.具有丰富的酒店财务管理、营运分析、成本控制的经验和技巧。
4.熟练运用会计电算化，熟练使用ERP财务软件。
5.工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。
6.良好中英文书写和口头表达能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力，对酒店忠诚度高。
