Job duties
1. Master the day's guest and catering activities.
2. Participate in the work of the front desk. Identify and report problems at work.
3. Master the important guests who arrive and leave the store on that day and return to the guests.
4. Prepare registration forms, key cards, etc. before guests arrive at the store to ensure convenient and fast check-in.
5. Maintain good communication with guests in order to understand the guests 'likes and dislikes(preferences) and assist guests in solving difficult issues.
6. Do a good job of telephone visits to guests who live in the store every day, collect guests 'opinions, and take follow-up measures in a timely manner and report to the superiors.
7. Receive and greet departing guests at the front desk, lobby and business floor.
8. Assist guests on the business floor to check in and exit.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in the same position, good English communication skills.
2. Have a good sense of service, teamwork spirit and good communication, coordination and adaptability.
