Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily personal training department meetings, records of employee’s daily work, and follow-up evaluation of actual sales for the private education sector.
2. According to the ability of each person, develop a reasonable personal task sheet. Afterwards, set up an individual skills training program to help individuals meet their determined goal.
3. Follow up on all individual skills training, and monitor whether it is accurate and in accordance with the company's guidelines and training steps.
4. Supervision of all individuals post-skill training and take responsibility of implementation of skills learned.
5. Responsible for understanding department’s psychological quality, adjust their mentality and encourage individual training with enthusiasm and momentum.
6. To assist the human resources department to conduct the assessment of individual and the proposed upgrade of performance, turnover and other recommendations.
7. To participate in the recruitment of coaches, coach interviews, and the interviews, provide recommendations to the general manager.
8. Responsible for arranging the coaches’ monthly working hours and schedule time.
9. Responsible for handling customer complaints, improve business reputation.
Requirements
1. More than 3 years experience in the fitness industry and team management.
2. Proficient in spoken English.
3. Certificate holders from a recognized organization in personal training or any other fitness-related industry are preferred.
