DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责  
This position is concerned with supervising group of cleaners to maintain the public area within the hotel premises in high  cleaning standard constantly and maintain all the equipment  are functional.
本岗位负责监督确保酒店内所有的公共区域整洁干净，达到高的标准。同时也维护保持所有的设备完好，正常运行。
To distribute assignment to PA attendant.
给公共区域员工分配任务
To tour the entire public area in sequence.
按顺序巡视整个公共区域。
To ensure proper cleaning, vacuuming are being done in the restaurant outlets, function rooms, lobbies and rest rooms.
确保在餐厅出口、多功能厅、大堂和洗手间进行合适的清理，如清洗、用吸尘器。
To report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs.
要及时汇报地毯和家具的损坏，以便急修及降低损失。
To keep following up the repairing work until it has been completed.
跟踪急修事宜，确保维修已经完成。
To check equipment to assure they are functional, clean and properly stored.
检查确保机器的被清洁、正常工作及妥善存放。
Good knowledge of PA operation
具有良好的关于PA基本运作方面的专业知识
Ability to lead and guide a small group of subordinates.
具备一定的领导能力。
Good knowledge for using chemicals and cleaning machine.
具有良好的清洁机器及清洁剂使用方面的技能。
