1、执行人力资源部经理的工作指令，全面负责酒店的培训工作，向人力资源部经理负责并报告工作。

2、根据酒店经营管理和发展需要，负责拟定员工的培训规划、年度计划以及培训的各项管理制度。

3、建立并完善酒店、部门、班组三级培训体系。

4、负责收集各种资料，建立和健全培训档案库，为考核、评估、选拔各类人员当好参谋

5、负责酒店员工的培训、评估、考核、发证等组织管理工作。

6、负责酒店有关外派培训和外单位委托培训、考核的有关组织和管理工作。

7、加强酒店培训网络的沟通，充分发挥兼职培训员的积极性，做好追踪培训和教学评估工作。

8、.负责全酒店员工的行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训。

岗位要求:

1.大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2.具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
3.具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
3.能按照酒店经营发展对人才的需要，制订酒店总体培训规划和实施计划。
4.具备教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论知识。
5.熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
