1. 按照房务总监的要求协调并安排工作及活动。
2. 安排房务总监的约会及会议并将日程安排记录在其议事日记中,确保每一次约会前为他准备好所需有关文件。
3. 参加房务部会议,做好会议记录并分发给相关人员。
4. 密切配合、支持房务总监及各相关经理并协助其工作。
5. 正确估计工作中的优先轻重次序并尽可能协助房务总监根据情形安排工作。
1. Co-ordinates and arranges activities according to the requirement of Director of rooms
2. Arranges appointments and meetings for the Director of Rooms, recording the same in his diary and ensuring that he has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
3. Attends Rooms meetings, takes minutes of such meetings accurately, transcribing and circulating to appropriate personnel.
4. To cooperate with Director of Rooms and relevant Managers and assist them in their duties.
5. Assess priorities of work and wherever possible, assists in organizing the Director of Rooms priorities.
