3.同宴会厅经理协商有关特殊宴会,必须在保证成本预算的基础上给客人提供高标准的食品。4.确保每天按照皇家艾美标准配料卡准备及烹饪食品。5.保持产品外观及卖相一贯及经常修订。1.Liaise with F&B Service Managers, Outlet Managers and Banquet Manager on day-to-day requirements for specials buffet set ups, timing, VIP requirements and other operational requirements.
2.Liaises with the Chief Engineer on day-to-day maintenance requirements and plans maintenance program for all kitchens.3.Liaises with Banquet Manager on all special banquet menu requirements to ensure that it can be produced to a high standard within budget cost parameters.4.Ensures that daily food preparation and cooking methods conform to Le Royal Meridien standards and standard recipes.5.Ensures plate presentation is consistent and constantly reviewed.
