Responsibilities 工作职责

· Manage the laundry operations to include all guest room/suite linens and all linens for multiple outlets and catering/convention facilities, fabric repairs, and/or guest dry cleaning services to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives.

· 管理洗衣房的工作，包括所有客房和套房的布巾，所有餐饮场所和会议场所的布巾，设施，修补，客人的干洗服务，根据酒店和公司的业务目标，确保符合所有产品质量标准，为酒店客人提供优质的服务。

· Posses a complete knowledge of washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing techniques

· Organize movement of dirty and clean laundry and of guest valet service

· 组织洗前和洗后的衣物的运送和上门送衣服务。

· Ensure all damaged linen and uniforms are sent to the uniform room for repairs or discarding

· Control and record chemical consumption and reorder as required

· Assist in maintaining records of stock and equipment

· Supervise all employees with the Laundry Department

· Ensure an accurate valet delivery

· Ensure daily production records for linen and uniforms are maintained

· Ensures that regular preventive maintenance is carried out and reduce downtime with proper coordination with the maintenance department

· Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs

· Works with Superior Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.

· P Ensure that all items laundered and dry cleaned within the hotel’s laundry are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition

· Maintain and order supplies and requirement in a timely and efficiency manner while minimising waste and maintaining “green” initiative.

Requirements 职位要求

· Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

· 具有酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关的专科学历。

· 5 years housekeeping / laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience.

· 最好拥有在相似规模酒店5年客房或洗衣房工作经验，包括管理经验。

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

· 熟练使用微软办公软件
