1.负责制定客房部各项工作的岗位职责和工作程序及部门的各项管理制度；

2.负责编制客房部各种物资的年度预算，严格控制本部门各项消耗在预算之内；

3.经常巡视和检查客房部各区域的工作状态，查阅各区域的工作记录；

4.确保与前厅部和销售预定部做好协调，控制好房态，提高客房利用率；

5.密切同工程部配合，计划安排一些必要的维修项目、保养和管理工作及有关客房部公共区域的维修工作；

6.检查、监督各管区的管理工作，确保各项计划指标、规章制度、工作程序、质量标准的落实；
