1.协助总经理制定，执行，监管酒店的各项财务与运营计划，为房务部及餐饮部提供定期指导并管理酒店业务；

2.牵头各部门负责人管理员工日常事务，计划并分配工作，为每个员工设定工作绩效和职业发展目标。为员工提供教导，辅导并给以定期反馈，帮助解决各种员工矛盾，提升员工绩效，并对员工表现优异之处予以认可；

Lead department heads to manage employees' daily affairs, plan and assign work, and set work performance and career development goals for each employee. 3.根据市场行情及公司实际情况，组织制定公司整体营销计划并组织实施；
