职位描述

  Key Accountabilities:


1.Reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director or Assistant Food and Beverage Director.
2.Provides functional assistance and direction to the Food and Beverage operation as assigned.
3.Interacts with the individuals outside the hotel.
4.Coordinates functions and activities with certain Hotel Department Heads and Food and Beverage Department Heads.
5.Supervises the day-to-day function of all Room Service/facilities, sales, cost.
6.Controls and analyzes, on an ongoing basis, the following:
a.Quality levels of production;
b.Guest satisfaction;
c.Merchandising and marketing;
d.Operating costs;
e.Sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene;
7.Supervises, coordinates and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous serving of Food and Beverage.
8.Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
9.Conducts, under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Director, Assistant Food & Beverage Director, such functions as interviewing, orientation, on –the-job performance, coaching, counseling and proposes disciplinary actions if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
10.Develops formal training plans and implements on-the-job training sessions for Room Service.
11.Attends and contributes to the everyday Food & Beverage Department morning briefing and others.
12.Conducts pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison with the Executive chef and other Department heads.
13.Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the Room Service.
14.Ensures that hotel grooming and Richey standards are met.
15.Controls stocks for daily use in Room Service.
16.Conducts all administrative work required, including, but not limited to:
a.Attendance records;
b.Duty roster;
c.Guest comments;
d.Log book;
17.Checks and signs requisitions.
18.Must be versed with contingency plans during occurrence, taking remedial action if required to ensure accuracy.
19.Be completely familiar with Peninsula Beijing/ Food & Beverage policies and procedures.
20.Be completely familiar with and enforces the safety, hygienic measures.
21.Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by the management.
