Position Summary职位概述
Work hands on and perform specified cleaning duties in designated areas of the kitchens and outlets areas to maintain them and hygienic in order for them to achieve efficient service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责:
To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.

To collect the full garbage bins in the kitchens, stewarding areas and the corridors and change them as often as needed. Empty them and rinse them out with micro-gun.
收集厨房，管事区域和走廊通道的垃圾箱，并更换成已清洗干净的垃圾箱。
Keep the storeroom in order.
保持储物室的物品摆放整齐。
Clean and polish the silver, copper stainless steel.
清洁和擦亮所有银质，铜制，不锈钢制品。
Put the silver, copper, stainless steel back in its proper place.
按规范摆放好金属制品。
Maintain the polishing machine and the deoxidizing bath in perfect order.
按规范清洗机器。
Return all damaged articles to your supervisor.

Put all necessary products in place and inform your supervisor what is missing.

Ensure to clean your area room before the end of your shifts.

Use of the automatic dishwashing machine

Put the clean equipment back in the right places.

Cleaning of the machine, then clearing away tables and the sinks.

Provide the restaurants with sufficient dishes.

Clean the floor and the tiles in the kitchen, corridors and stewarding areas.

Clean the ovens and stores.

By completing FSMS checklist on preparing for service.

Check reservations for the day, ensuring that the team is aware of any busy areas in the operation.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求：

Confidently knowing opening hours of all restaurants & Hotel outlets.
熟悉所有餐厅及酒店其他部门的营业时间。
By assisting waiters, bar attendants & kitchen team member where required and carry out any reasonable duties requested by the Manager.

Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment .

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求：

1. Middle School Diploma or equivalent .

2. Up to date Sanitation Classes .

3. Health Certificate.
健康证。

Preferred Qualifications 更高的资历要求：

1. Knowledge in HACCP .
在食品安全体系方面的知识。
2. Industry experience minimum 1 year in 4 or 5 Star Hotel.
