Job Responsibility
1. Lead new sales growth in the corporate account customer segment; acquisition, development and account management
2. Manage small B2B account management & business development team to expand opportunities and business cooperation levels with current leads and accounts
3. Using all available resources, develop new sales channels to expand lead generation and opportunities with both existing customer segments and new customer segments
4. Plan and execute strategic sales and marketing campaigns to achieve growth targets
5. Coordinate with other departments as needed to optimize outcome of opportunities and customer relationship strength
6.Keep detailed records of all activity in CRM, organize monthly business development agenda; generating new leads, successfully closing open opportunities with existing leads, and expanding ongoing cooperation with existing customer accounts
Requirements
1. Bachelor or equivalent education – major in business, English, sales, marketing or related fields
2. At least 5 years B2B sales or customer relationship management experience
3. Proven success with foreign (western) clients
4. Proven success with sales performance
5. Customer networking experience
6. Experience in project management
7. Proven ability to organize strategy, execute sales campaigns, and achieve growth targets
8. Experience optimizing multiple channels (online, offline) to develop leads and contacts
9. Experience with MS Office, Sales CRM
10. Overseas work experience and/or work experience in foreign enterprise is preferred.
11. Experience managing a small team a plus
