Transformation Head Job Description/改造工程总监

The role of our Project head entails leading Project Leads, thus ensuring Transformation and standardization of OYO’s properties, ensuring that projects are completed with strict adherence to time, quality and costs. A Project head will engage with all concerned stakeholders like Ops Heads, project management companies, vendors and other internal support teams to plan and schedule the Transformation and launch of properties/改造工程总监提领各项目主管，确保酒店改造工程遵照OYO标准，按时按质完成，同时保证成本优化。项目总监需协调各相关人员，与运营总监、项目管理公司、供应商及其他内部支持团队密切协作，做好相关计划与安排，完成酒店改造工作并促成其上线。

Responsibilities/工作职责

Team Management/团队管理

· Managing a team of experienced and motivated Project Managers./管理好经验丰富、干劲十足的项目经理团队；

· Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training requirements of personnel to complement their learning and growth within the function as well as the organization/评估相关人员整体表现，明确人员培训需求，保证团队良好专业水平并不断成长，更好地服务部门及整个公司。

Project Planning and Site execution/项目计划及执行

·Responsible for outdoor branding and internal renovation of Properties as per OYO Standards./遵照OYO既定标准，进行酒店外部品牌化及室内翻新工作；

·Managing, planning and allocating resources for conducting property audits. Estimate the cost and time required for transformation of every property by assessment of the audit reports./计划、管理并分配好资源，对酒店进行评估；通过评估报告，预算各酒店改造工程成本及时间耗费。

· Monitor and report progress of site work and solve problems on ground to ensure time deadlines are met/监督并汇报工程进度，现场解决问题，确保如期完工。

Stakeholder Management/人员协调

·Engage in extensive interaction with departments within the company (Finance, BD,AGM and Operation Manager) to ensure the fluency of transformation project./与公司内部，如财务、BD、AGM及运营经理等部门及人员密切协作，确保改造工程顺畅进行。

·Identify, negotiate and liaise with vendors for services and materials. /做好服务及物料供应商开发与管理，及相关商务谈判工作；

·Ensuring all support departments and vendors are aligned for the launch./做好与各支持部门及供应商的沟通协作，汇众之力，为酒店上线保驾护航。

·Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and ensure cost reduction and quality control/依托数据自主决策，做好成本优化及质量管控工作。

Required Skills/任职资质

·Understand the prices in the material market, technologies for outdoor signboard as well as basic technology used in interior decoration. /熟悉物料市场价格，室外招牌相关技术以及基本的室内装饰技术；

·Capable to negotiate with diverse vendors./善与供应商谈判，货比三家；

·Team Leadership and ability to keep team motivated./谙熟团队管理及团队激励技巧；

·Go getter attitude and ability to execute with speed./精益求精的工作态度及雷厉风行的执行能力；

·5+ years of experience in technical operations or project execution./5年以上技术运营及项目执行工作经验。
